Cruise Parking

Cruise passenger parking for the Port of Seattle is managed by Republic Parking Northwest. They offer two convenient parking locations for cruise guests, with special week-long cruise parking rates.

Pier 66 Cruise Terminal

• Address: Bell Street Pier 66 Garage, 2225 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98121
• Hours: Sunday – Thursday 6am – Midnight; Friday & Saturday 6:30am – 1am

The Bell Street Pier 66 Cruise Terminal Pier garage is available to Oceania Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line passengers. Located directly across Alaskan Way from the cruise terminal, it offers 1,700 spaces of covered parking. There is a sky bridge that connects the Bell Street Garage to the cruise terminal for your convenience.

• Parking is available from $33 Onnline. (Reserve your parking in advance to guarantee a spot)
• $5 luggage and Free shuttle service is available in the designated cruise parking area (Shuttle and luggage service is available after 11 am and Luggage must be picked up by 3:00 PM)
• Enter the garage from Wall Street and follow the signs to the cruise parking area. Republic Parking staff will be available to load and unload luggage and direct you to the terminal building. Please arrive after 11 am.

Directions to Pier 66 Parking

• Directions (from I-5 South):
  1. Head south on I-5 and follow the signs to the Union Street Exit
  2. Take exit 165 B & merge onto Union Street
  3. Continue on Union Street for 3 blocks & turn right onto 4th Avenue
  4. Continue on 4th Avenue for 0.70 miles
  5. Turn left onto Wall Street
  6. Continue on Wall Street for 5 blocks
  7. The entrance to the garage will be on your left
• Directions (From I-5 North):
  1. Head north on I-5 and follow the signs to the Seneca Street Exit
  2. Take exit 165 & merge onto Seneca Street
  3. Follow Seneca Street for 2 blocks & turn right onto 4th Avenue
  4. Follow 4th Avenue for 0.90 miles
  5. Turn left onto Wall Street
  6. Continue on Wall Street for 5 blocks
  7. The entrance to the garage will be on your left.

  1. Take I-90 West to I-5 North
  2. Then follow directions for “From I-5 South”

Pier 91 Smith Cove Cruise Terminal

• Address: For Terminal Pier 91, is 2001 West Garfield St., Lot D, Seattle, WA 98119
• Hours: 7 am-4 pm All Cruise Days

Directions to Pier 91 Smith Cove Cruise Terminal Parking Lot* (From I-5 South):

1. Head south on I-5 and follow the signs to the Mercer Street Exit
2. Take Mercer Street Exit
3. Stay on Mercer Street until it merges with Elliott Avenue
4. Follow Elliott Avenue and signs to Magnolia Bridge
5. Turn right at 14th Ave West (signal light intersection)
6. Stay to the right and follow the ramp joining the Magnolia Bridge (West Garfield Street) (0.35 miles)
7. Exit right. Follow signs to “Smith Cove Park” (0.55 miles) and Cruise Terminal
8. Turn right at bottom of the ramp and follow signs for cruise terminal parking or cruise terminal

Directions to Terminal Parking Lot (From I-5 North):

1. Head north on I-5 and follow signs to the Mercer Street Exit
